Life is Beautiful - Just smile to stay alive.














Here Are Some Guidelines That May Bring You A Beautiful & healthy Life!

-      Remember to set your goal, when you wake up in the morning. Try to complete the following statement, “My purpose is to perform ____ today.”
-      Just have a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk, remember your good moments & smile.
-      Practice to sit in silence or have mediation for at least 10-15 minutes each day.
-      Live with the 3 E’s… Energy, Enthusiasm, Empathy, and the 3 F’s … Faith, Family, Friends.
-      Feel a great relaxation spending more time with people over the age of 60 and under the age of 6.
-      Practice to dream more while you are conscious.
-      Target to make minimum three people smile each day.
-      You need to understand that life is a school and you are here to learn, pass all your tests. Problems are simply part of the program that appear and fade away like mathematics class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
-      Grin and laugh more. It will help you to keep the energy parasites far away.
-      Life is just too small to pay out time hating/dislike anyone.
-      You don’t have to win argument every time. Agree to divergence is also a great win.
-      Don’t ever compare your life with others’. You may have no idea what their journey is all about.
-      Burn the candles, use the nice sheets. Don’t save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
-      You are the only one, who is responsible of your happiness & not others.
-      Cultivate a habit to forgive everyone for everything.
-      What other people think of you is just none of your business.
-      Time has the great strength to heal almost everything. Give time, time.
-      Try to get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful, or joyful.
-      The best is yet to come … simply don’t let down Trust on yourself.
-      No matter how you feel, get up, dress up, and show up, is the key to get success.
-      Do the right thing at right time!
-      Call your family often, is the first priority for you, no matter how busy you are.

-      Each night before you go to bed just thank to god for his kindness & his support to reinforce your day.
